Exiting the Program
To exit from the program, you need to complete the online exit survey and print out, sign and mail the exit form. Please see below for information on the required community partner survey.
As you know, each student is required to ask one of their community agencies where they served to fill out an online survey in order for the student to exit. The Community Partner Letter is an optional piece that a student can download, edit and give to the community partner to help the partner better understand this requirement. It also has the link for the survey in the letter so that students can cut and paste the letter into an email and the partner merely has to click the link.

Education Award Information
For general questions about the AmeriCorps Education Award and student loan deferment, contact National Service Trust at 1-888-507-5962 or edawardvoucher@cns.gov. Operators are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm EST.
If you have successfully completed your AmeriCorps service, you can view your AmeriCorps Education Award account activity online. To request a copy of your Education Award voucher or report a change of address, you can e-mail edawardvoucher@cns.gov.
